Poor support

The instructions were not accurate, no chat available, just a phone number, the tenants in the building help us, I rented an spot with AC, there was not AC on site, etc pour support overall

This is our second time staying in this property. The apartment is very spacious and clean! The AC works which is a big thing for us. But the main thing I love is that it is very close to the metro station! Also, there is a Saturday market at the piazza near the apartment where they sell fruits and vegetables and other items! If I could just point out one thing that they can improve on, they should provide more pillows or replace their pillows with fluffier ones. Other than that, I highly recommend Joivy Smart Apartment near San Agostino Metro!

The location is the most I liked staying in this apartment. It was good size and clean, but no internet connection even though I followed the instructions that was given to me. I kept receiving the message “ you cannot join internet at this time”. Also, the lift, of three days that I stayed there, it worked only one time and not the whole day. I had to care the luggage on the 3rd floor using the stairs

We didnt like. The doors were to difficult to open. Keys for door do not open essily There was Not elevator. And apartment is in 3 floor. The Toilet is broken. There was just small shampoo for 3 persons.

이곳은 처음에 찾기에 어려움은 있었지만 매우 깔끔하고 모든게 잘 정리되어 있으며 다이닝 옵션이 특히 좋았습니다 아쉬운점은 에어컨이 되지 않아서 조금 더웠고 나머지교통편 주변 마트 등 가깝고 편리 했어요

Boa opção em Milão

O apartamento é ampli e confortável. Os equipamentos de cozinha novos, bem como lençóis e toalhas. A localização é boa, com bom transporte público por perto. O ponto negativo fica por conta da comunicação. Chegamos ao edifício e não havia qualquer indicação de como proceder. Precisei telefonar para a empresa que solicitou a foto dos passaportes por email. Precisamos esperar a resposta para aí dizerem que teria que ser paga a taxa da cidade, mais uma vez, enviando comprovante por email, e aguardar a resposta para recebermos o link de acesso ao edifício e às chaves. Nisso foram mais de 1 hora na calçada do prédio, com bagagens… Tudo poderia ter sido enviado previamente cm a reserva, ou usarem algum meio mais rápido, como whatasapp, por exemplo. Fora a comunicação que é muito ruim, todo o restante compensa. Vale como uma boa opção.
