The large planted loggias and balconies that surround the building contribute to creating a relaxing atmosphere, perfectly in harmony with the surrounding environment. 
Upon entering, guests are welcomed into a spacious and bright living room with a kitchenette. A large floor-to-ceiling sliding glass door floods the space with natural light throughout the day and opens onto a beautifully landscaped loggia terrace, ideal for enjoying outdoor moments in total tranquillity. The interiors are tastefully furnished with great attention to detail, creating a sophisticated and comfortable ambiance. The living area features a comfortable sofa bed with a 20 cm mattress, a 55” Smart TV, a round extendable dining table, and a stylish, fully equipped kitchen with a traditional oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, and toaster.
The sleeping area is well separated and includes a spacious master bedroom with a floor-to-ceiling glass corner and a private en-suite guest bathroom. There is also a single bedroom with direct access to a private loggia balcony, as well as a second large bathroom equipped with a shower and a combined washer/dryer unit.
Guests also have access to a generously sized, free covered garage (5.5 m long × 2.5 m wide × 2.0 m high), offering convenient and secure parking.
