Upstairs, a spacious sunlit office ideal for remote work and creative sessions sits next to a comfortable bedroom and the third bathroom, so everyone keeps their own rhythm. Outdoors, a small private garden extends the living area for open-air breakfasts or evening drinks and leads to a private gym with essential equipment. The Neighborhood:

Step outside between Loreto and NoLo, a lively, creative district. By day it’s a mosaic of artisan shops, world cuisines and cafés; at night it lights up with cocktail bars and honest trattorias. Parco Trotter is close for a run or a read, and local markets let you shop like a Milanese. Side streets hide studios, galleries and vintage stores; along Viale Monza you’ll find everyday services, pharmacies and supermarkets. By bike you’ll reach Isola and Porta Nuova in minutes; by metro you’re downtown for museums, shopping and exhibitions.
