A walk in the center, a romantic dinner on the Navigli canals, an aperitif in the coolest places in Milan.
The apartment is located in an elegant, historic building, with daytime concierge and lift.

It's an excellent apartment for business or tourist stays.
In a few minutes you can reach the Duomo, the Darsena and Navigli.

The interior furnishings make the atmospheres functional, livable, and refined.
Large windows, high ceilings and the double exposure make it always bright.
The precious parquet, the arched glass window that separates the two lounges, the chandeliers hand down the history of this house.

‼️The house is not suitable for light sleepers, the rooms have double glazing, but still overlook the street where the tram goes by - we are in the centre of Milan.

Upon arrival you will find :

✓ Towels (one bath towel and one hand towel per guest)
✓ Starting Pack: initial supply consisting of some dishwasher and washing machine pods, detergents, toilet rolls, hands soap and garbage bags

You will receive a link via VRBO messaging to register each guest staying in the apartment, as required by law. It's important that this registration is completed prior to check-in.

Nicola was a fantastic host! The place was exactly as listed – very spacious and comfortable and clean. Nicola was incredibly accommodating when we were delayed with our luggage, patiently waiting for us and even helping with all our bags. Once at the apartment, he took the time to explain everything clearly and gave us excellent recommendations for local restaurants, which we really enjoyed. The check-in and check-out instructions were simple and clear. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better host and stay. We would definitely recommend this place!

Spacious, clean apartment in a great location

We liked how the apartment was very spacious, clean and in a great location. It was walking distance to the Navigli district, which is a fun place to explore.The not so good part of this apartment is the noise. The street traffic and noise at night made it difficult to sleep. That is not something that the host can do anything about, but it was enough to mention. It was also difficult to manage the electricity so the circuit breakers didn't trip regularly. Lastly, there weren't enough kitchen supplies for 6 people.Overall, we found the apartment to be decent and worked for our stay, but it wasn't without downsides.

Family Weekend Trip

The property is amazing. Having 5 of us there made it so easy to enjoy the trip and have PLENTY of room! Being close to multiple different metro stops made it very easy to travel around the city, even for my 80 year old grandma. Absolutely recommend it!

A Hallmark Movie in Europe

From the beautiful foyer with its marble staircase to the apartment with its many balconies and well appointed rooms, this was a dream come true for our family. The apartment was in a very convenient location and had gelato shops in either direction. What a fabulous stay! Highly recommended!

Amazing flat in Navigli!

The flat was incredibly beautiful, spacious and well maintained. Perfect my wife and me plus our two teenaged boys. Three separate balconies facing the street and one off the kitchen overlooking a lovely courtyard. The building had classic architecture and was so nice to come back to after a long day of sightseeing and dining. The trendy Navigli neighborhood had so much to offer, and so much of the city was a short cab ride away. Gianluca made it so easy to check in and guided us thoroughly on the features of the flat. Would definitely stay again!

Excellent apartment in a great location

A group of 4 of us stayed here for a week. The apartment was gorgeous and roomy, and very close to all we wanted to see and do in Milan. Its location in the Navigli district turned out to be a huge plus - lots of great restaurants, and a vibrant night-life. We also found ourselves next door to a shop that had the best gelato in Milan (we think). Access to Milan's quite excellent metro system was just steps away. Nico was an excellent host, making sure all our questions were answered and streamlining our very late check-in when we arrived. The kitchen and bathrooms worked very well and had everything we needed. One advisory: the apartment has a washer, but no dryer, so hang drying is required (which we gather is common in Italy). The only negative (for some) is that the street that the apartment is on is busy, and metro trams run on it from early in the morning to late at night. Keep this in mind if you are sensitive to street noise. We recommend the Harmony Flat most highly!

Comfortable stay in this lovely airy apartment. Located in a neighborhood with a lot of nightlife and easy commute to sights in city center (tram is around the corner). Management team was lovely. Would stay here again when in Milan!

Great Milano apartment

This is a great place to stay when visiting Milan. The apartment is very lovely, spacious, and clean. Communication with the managers is very good. The location is close to the night spots along the Navigli canals and, to our surprise, the apartment is next door to our favorite gelateria chain in all of Italy (Gelateria Romano). The only negative of the apartment is it is not particularly close to any Metro stops. Overall, an excellent place to stay.

Bring earplugs

The property was beautiful and spacious but be sure to bring earplugs as the noise from the trains and loud bar patrons will make it hard to sleep. The residents in the apartment below stay up all night and talk loudly.

We enjoyed this apartment. It was well appointed, spaciousIt and very close to a supermarket, a gelateria and to the Navigly restaurants. Communication with Nico and Vanessa was easy and they were friendly and helpful. The only inconvenience for us was that getting to the historic center was approximately a 20” walk and taxis/Ubers were not always readily available. From the apartment you can easily take public transportation to all places, but since we were traveling with children in the hot Summer, this was not our preference.

Cozy and vibrant

We had a great time and loved the apartment being with two teenage girls. Super clean and lots of restaurants, friendly people, and amazing neighborhood. Easy access to the duomo and trains ro get around Milan. Transportation to and from the airport with Nico was very professional. A bit noisy in the front rooms at night but other than that a pleasurable stay.
