The apartment is intended solely for lawful use, in full respect of current regulations and standards of civil coexistence. Furthermore, any tampering with, damaging, or disabling of the surveillance camera constitutes a criminal offense under Article 635-quater of the Italian Penal Code, which punishes damage to computer or telematic systems, including video surveillance equipment. Such actions will be prosecuted and reported to the competent authorities.
