The Martesana area takes its name from the ship of the same name that crosses the neighborhood, where it is possible to take wonderful walks on foot or by bicycle thanks to its pedestrian area and the nearby park.

The apartment is a comfortable furnished and equipped studio apartment, suitable for singles or for a couple that wants to spend a stay in complete tranquility being located in the internal body of the building away from the road.
