Scam / Truffa

We booked a room x 2 people with queen bed and we were given a single bed. After complaining with the reception they offered us another room on the basement which was completely mouldy (see pictures). We had to leave and book another hotel.

Kein Empfang, keine Antwort ueber Telefon und keine Information ueber check-in, kamen durch andere Gaeste ins Gebaude und haben durch Zufall einen Mitarbeiter getroffen der allerdings nicht im Dienst war, uns aber trotzdem mit dem Schluessel geholfen hat. Bekamen ein Einzelzimmer obwohl fuer 2 gebucht und hatten noch dazu keine Ruhe im Zimmer, man hoert die Gespraeche der Zimmernachbarn...
