The reservation lacked clear information about what we were actually booking. The real address was hidden until after the confirmation, and the location shown on the property listing turned out to be just a storage place, not an actual accommodation.
The property we were assigned on Via Del Torchio was old and poorly furnished. We had recommended this listing to someone else, and they received a completely different property, much nicer but far from the Duomo.
It became clear that the listing is generic, and once you confirm the reservation, they decide which property to assign you. You only find out when you arrive. In our case, it was definitely not a good experience.
