Very poor communication and extra charges.

Host refused to send me email instructions for check-in, insisting that we communicate on What's App. They also insisted that I send them my credit card details for a tourist tax. I think both of these actions are completely inappropriate. Complaints to holels.com did not resolve the se issues. I'm very disappointed with both.

We had a great time here in Milan and our apartment makes it extra special. Its enough for 4 member family and its neat and clean. Video instructions helped alot in accessing the apartment. And aside from that its just walking distance to Duomo cathedral and other shops that we are interested in. I highly recommend this apartment.

This is not a hotel but a beautiful one bedroom apartment. It's in the heart of Milan close by all shopping and Duomo. There is not a place to leave your luggage behind or a front desk.

Apartment is perfectly located! Very close to Duomo and a lot of great shopping and dining options. Very safe building. The apartment was easy to access and was very clean. Would definitely recommend and would stay again next time we are in Milan.
