Beautiful loft located in the center of Milan, completely renovated and in a peaceful setting.
The central location, just a 2-minute walk from Corso Buenos Aires and the Lima metro, is excellent for easily reaching the main attractions of the city.
This brand new apartment is located in an elegant period context, the apartment is located in the internal courtyard of the building and is very quiet.

The apartment is spread over 2 levels, floor below with living area consisting of 2-seater sofa and smart TV, kitchen equipped with every comfort: coffee machine, toaster, kettle, microwave, refrigerator, complete set of utensils and a small table .
This floor is followed by the brand new bathroom with shower cubicle, sink, toilet, washing machine and hairdryer.
Upstairs we find the 140x200 bed with double pillows, memory and easy soft, chest of drawers and clothes hanger.
