Nice cozy flat NEW ! Quiet area 10 minutes to DUOMO

Nice cozy flat located in Brenta, 5 minutes walking from the metro station, only 5 stops to Duomo. Very nice area, quiet and well connected to Duomo also by bike lane (city bike station down the street). At walking distance there is the beautiful park of Chiaravalle, with one of the prettiest abbey of North Italy. Perfect for 30 minutes morning running !
The flat has just been renewed. All the facilities to cook are available in the kitchen (oven, toaster, boiler, pots and pans). Other facilities are washing machine, wifi, elevator. Very easy to find free parking in the street.
One double bed in the bedroom in the mezzanine and one double sofa bed in the living room. Possibility to drink coffee and read on the sunlight from the balcony.
