The place was dirty, there was pasta sauce on the wall in kitchen, there was a booger on the wall in bedroom beside the light switch. There is mold on the outside of bathroom wall. Hot water tank keeps shutting off. Told staff and they advised me how to reset the tank. However this involved standing on a chair and reaching. This is a recurring issue as I've read in past reviews and said by owner this was fixed. No hot water available at this location unless your willing to stand on a chair everytime you want hot water. Far distance to any attractions.

Good location. Close to Milan Central Station. Modern neighborhood, grocery and restaurants close by. Check in required us to find a lock box on a random piece of fence outside the front of the building. The manager sent a video by text on how to get the key but did not attend. He would not send the check in information until the day we arrived, which made it difficult on a busy travel day. Apartment was modern but tired. Walls needed painting and mould in the shower. Unit has a washer dryer but no instructions for use. Dishwasher was good. We stayed for 4 nights and were onlysupplied with one bath towel and hand towel each. No wash cloths or towels in the kitchen. We could not get the central air remote to control the unit. It didnt function so we left the windows open and dealt with the mosquitoes that came in at night. We sent a message to the property manager but he did not respond. Milan recycles their trash but there were no instructions from the manager on how to seperate or where to take the trash. Again we messaged but no response. Bed was a queen size and very comfortable but only two very flat pillows. Overall the apartment layout and building was very nice, however very lacking in normal expected amenities.

We like the cleanliness and centre to everything. What we don’t like is AC is not friendly to set up and the room is hot and the fresh mold on the wall that needs to be addressed.

Good points Easy access, spacious rooms, and fully equipped with cooking utensils and home appliances. Bad points Even though I had completed online check-in, I did not receive any information on how to check-in on the day of the check-in, and received a reply just before I could enter the room. Expedia said that the hotel had an air conditioner, but in reality it only had a remote control, and when I contacted the owner, the only reply I got was a 🙏 emoji. Communication is difficult. Also, the drain in the shower room was severely clogged. It was very humid and there was mold growing on the ceiling.
