Comfortable, awesome, but no A/C

Fantastic property. Lots of room, fantastic conveniences in the apartment, comfortable bed, prompt responses from Maurilia. But, there is no A/C, which made the property very uncomfortable during a summer heat wave. Not the best choice for summertime.
