The apartment room was so clean and fully equipped. The staff were so attentive, kind and welcoming also. Couldn’t recommend enough and the location was perfect. We will definitely stay here again when we visit Milan.

The staff are very helpful. They helped to book our airport transfer very quickly when we got to know there will be some disruptions for the train service due to the strike. They even assist us with early check in when our flight arrive early. Location is perfect too. Room is cosy. It will be best if there is cleaning every day.

Beautiful new apartment, very clean, comfortable bed and in a great location for exploring the city. Kitchen well equipped. The Dyson hairdryer with attachments was a great quality addition as most apartment and hotel hairdryers are rubbish. Nice touch!

The hotel was exceptionally clean, modern, and well maintained. The service was fast and professional, and communication with staff was clear and helpful. Rooms were much larger than expected, making the stay very comfortable. Would definitely recommend for anyone seeking a quiet, updated space with excellent customer care.

The location is perfect: a short walk to central sights but on a quiet side street. The staff was very kind and helpful with our travel challenges due to a strike. The suite was extremely comfortable and very clean, with many good amenities. I would have loved to stay longer!

Checked in on opening day. There were still some works going on. The room itself was excellent. Brand new everything. No noise at all. Right around the corner from shops, cafes and restaurants. There were a few teething problems because it had only just opened but everything else was excellent.
