We felt so welcome at Palazzo Segreti! From the happy hour to the complimentary breakfast and warm staff, we felt very much at home here. Comfortable and very well-located, right off of the main pedestrian area. Close to all main attractions and easy access to public transit.

We booked a Junior suite and found it in a depressing dark blue color and the bathroom had no privacy as their were glass doors separating it from the bedroom, especially in front of the shower. Also, the elevator is quite small. Fortunately the staff found us a better room for the remainder of our stay which was nice but Expedia would not credit the lesser amount to our bill. Also there is a homeless man that sleeps outside the hotel in the morning. Also the elevator is quite small.

The staff were excellent—friendly and extremely helpful. The lounge adjacent to the lobby was very comfortable, great for breakfast and lunch. The location is perfect for access to the duomo, shopping, Sforza Castle, transportation, Brera neighborhood, etc.
