Excellent hotel, 15 mnt walk to Duomo. Brand new, very clean and modern with great breakfast choices. Area not very touristy, but super safe. Rooms are small, but have all amenities . Definitely recommend.

The service is good, and the hotel is generally well maintained. The room furnishings are somewhat dated but still in acceptable condition. Please note that there is a set of stairs from the street to the hotel entrance, and the property does not have an elevator. Guests must carry their luggage up to the second floor, where the front desk is located.

I was double charged by the hotel and am fighting to get the second, duplicate charge removed. This is absolutely unethical and I will have to initiate legal proceedings to have the duplicate charge for three nights removed. The management is completely unethical and know full well that there was a mistaken duplicate booking. They are stealing my money and you should not stay here or do business with them. Absolutely outrageous behavior on the part of management. DO NOT STAY HERE!!
