The 30 m² studio offers panoramic views of the Duomo, Sforza Castle, Arco della Pace, Torre Velasca, and the Porta Nuova skyscrapers.



Recently renovated, the apartment features a spacious, bright room with a queen-size bed (160x200), wardrobe, fully equipped open kitchen, table suitable as a workspace, and bookshelf.
