Weekend stay

This hotel is in an industrial area on the outskirts of Milan. The area is being developed for Expo 2015. We went there for the Grand Prix. Unless you have a car it is very hard to get to it on public transport and even more difficult to get to Monza. Having said that the hotel is brand new and as you would expect looks very good. The room cleaning was first class. The staff were the best hotel staff I have come across for a long time. The owner and his manager spoke good English and couldn't do enough for you and the Deputy Manager Roberto even drove us and came and picked us up from Monza which was 25km away because we were stuck on how we were going to get there. That to me is first class service. The breakfast was very good continental and plenty of it and they serve some food at night too and they even ordered a pizza and got it delivered for us. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

Morgenbuffet sehr karg. Hatte trockenes Hundefutter dabei, am morgen hatte ich alles Ameisen im Zimmer obwohl das Zimmer im 6 Stock war. Das Zimmer war aber sauber, in einem Industrieteil gelegen. Ansonsten war es ok. Sehr hellhörig

As you have noticed, the attention to cleaning is always very high and in the same way we take care to carry out periodic disinfestations; we regret that they have not been completely effective. We are also always very careful in taking care of the quality and variety of our breakfast by selecting cakes, croissants, pancakes and sweets in the sweet part and different types of bread, cold cuts, cheeses and eggs and bacon in the savory part. Hinta-laatusuhteeltaan hyvä

Pros: Hyvä hinta suhteessa tasoon, melko monipuolinen aamiainen, ilmainen autotalli joka suljetulla pihalla öisin, huoneessa ilmastointi, hyvä sänky, WLAN
Cons: Aamiaiseen vihanneksia, autotalliin liiketunnistusvalot, aamiaistilassa luvattoman paljon rikkinäisiä astioita ja ilmastointi puuttuu sieltä.
Location: Vieressä hyvät ruoka/harrastus ja rautakaupat (Prisma-tasoa) ja huoltoasema. Milanossa on paljon nähtävää. Hotelli on teollisuusalueella.
Olimme Pohjois-Italiassa noin pari viikkoa ja valitsimme tämän hotellin koska meillä oli vuokra-auto joten sijainti ei ollut ongelma. Emme tarvinneet juurikaan hotellipalveluja koska liikuimme paljon päivittäin (2200km yhteensä). Emme testanneet hotellin ravintolaa joten siitä en voi kommentoida. Huoneen ilmastointia pystyi säätämään digitaalisesta paneelista joka oli meille tärkeää. Huoneessa on seinällä sopivan kokoinen taulu-TV josta katsoimme iPadin kautta Suomen ohjelmia (oma kaapeli). Kylpyhuoneessa on laminaattilattia jonka saumat on kärsineet jo pahasti vedestä ja siellä ei ole mitään ilmanvaihtoa. Huoneen minibaarille ei ole tehty mitään ilmanvaihtoreikiä kaappiin joka on liian kuuma kun ovi on kiinni (myös paloriski). Autotallissa pitää valikoida paikka koska osassa ruuduista valuu likaista vettä kokoajan auton päälle katosta. Autotalli on liian pimeä (osa valoista ei toimi jne). Hotellin taso ei ole 4 tähteä vaan vastaa Suomen perus-Cumuluksia. Sanoisin enemmänkin 3 tähteä. Me olimme kuitenkin kokonaisuuteen tyytyväisiä ja siivous pelasi. Kaikki mitä pyysimme aulasta tehtiin hienosti (esim. minibaari oli alussa rikki, halusimme toisen peiton jne). Saman tasoisesta hotellista saa maksaa lähempänä Milanoa helposti puolet enemmän. En valitsisi tätä hotellia jos ei ole vuokra-autoa. Navigaattori on myös erittäin tarpeellinen Italiassa. Ramppeja ja teitä on todella paljon ja niissä ei pärjää paperikartalla. Hotellin vieressä oli aina iltaisin ilotyttöjä.

Desinghotel

We was 11 nights in the hotel. The hotel was clean and new. Staff was helpful and breakfast was good. The room have any drawers for socks and underwears. Parquet is on bathroom too, stupid I say. There is alredy some damages in the floor. The icebox was in closed cabin (without any ventilation holes) and it can't fade the heat. Inside the box were warm always when we arrived to room, because the cleaner close the cabin door every time. Years to come, when there is some dust back on the icebox, it maby get fire, because the cabin heats wery much. There was no air outlet from bathroom, what is wery strange and I think, fresh aircondition to/from the hotellroom at all. Circulation aircooling isn't working properly either. First night were 28 degree celsius. Second night I ask cooling and recepcion told that customer can't adjust the temperature by itself (I wish 22). Second night was 24 degree. Third night again 28? Then we opened windows at evenings and we got the wam down about to 25, but the trafik bothered some in the nights. Petri Finland
