The staff were phenomenal and very courteous. Checked in daily and asked if we needed anything. Location was perfect right next to the Metro and the Duomo. It was very convenient and accessible to shopping and activities.

enjoy an amazing cathedral view plus luxury rooms and convenient location I was able to enjoy a good wine with my wife looking at the cathedral and castle at the same time. The only complaint I have is to myself for not staying more time in this property

You wont get much closer to the Duomo than this location without sleeping in the square. If its location and space youre looking for then this is the place to be. Room we stayed in was clean and tidy and very spacious with a mutli level setup. Only negative if there was one is that its a little noisy at night but you have to expect this for such a pristine location. Highly recommended.

Perfect location and staff was great. We arrived later than the 2:00 check-in which was a good thing because our place would not have been ready. There was an overwhelming perfume smell when we first arrived and later that evening we learned why. The place smells horrible, like sewage. I’m assuming this has to do with old pipes or something?! Also walls are super thin, you can hear everything.

The staff is helpful and can be reached easily on Whatsapp. However, there is no sign of the hotel name outside the building. It is very difficult to find the hotel even though I have reached the address. My advice is to get their whatsapp contact and whatsapp the staff before you reach the hotel. The staff will then come out to meet you. Alternately, suggest to hotel.com administrative to pass your contact number to their staff. They will also contact you before hand.

We only booked this property of its nicely presented photos given and the location because it is close to Central Area’s for shopping, it really was disappointing when we entered. It is nothing like the photos provided, it is truly a scam, the rooms smelled atrocious and smelled like sewers. However the communication was even worse, we noticed the safe was broken and we had asked for a working one, the message was sent early and it was replied super late, the guy in charge had promised to bring a working one and it had never came, we had also asked for extra pillows and the housekeeping nodded to the request and proceeded to do their things and left without giving us the pillows. The efficiency of the staff there is absolutely unacceptable and I had never experienced anything like this, we asked to clean the rooms before we left the rooms, we came back to the rooms during the afternoon and nobody came to clean, until we had to physically ask and came super late and cleaned super slow, and the results were disappointing as well, it wasn’t clean. I really do not recommend to stay here at all even if it was for the location, I’d rather be further away and walk than stay here, considering the bad communication, smell of the room, laziness, inefficient and unproductive staff, the service is unbelievably bad.

우선 두 말 할 것 없이 뷰가 너무 좋아요~~~!!! 원래 정면 두오모뷰를 찾았는데 여러 이유로 보류하고 선택한 숙소인데 너무 좋어요 그리고 숙소가 너무 깨끗해요 벌레들이 가끔 나타나기는 하는데 저는 벌레가 너무 무서워서… 저희 엄마가 잡아서 바깥에 풀어줬어요… 근데 벌레 나타나는 건 어쩔 수 없으니 그러려니 하고 있어요~ 씻을 때 물이 바깥으로 나가는 거 고려해서 조심히 씻으면 문제 없어요 유럽은 워낙 이런 곳이 많이 이것도 그러려니 합니다 그거 말고는 너무 최상이고 이 두가지 이유 때문에 이곳을 선택안하는 건 말이 안되는 것 같아요 두오모 앞이라 교통도 좋아요 한국에서 출발해서 저녁 8시에 도착이었는데 카운터가 닫혀있지만 이것도 전혀 문제가 안되었어요 저희가 방안으로 무사히 들어올 수 있개 모든 조치를 취해놓으셨고 설명도 아주 자세히 해주셨어요 아무튼 최고예요!!!
