Really disappointed on arrival. Bedroom as filthy and did not match expectations of a premium room. To be fair on reporting to the front desk they moved us to another room. We waited in the bar for it to be ready. Even then though there was limited communication around breakfast procedures. It as day two befor we realised there were additional options on a menu for breakfast. The pool was small and could be manned by someone who could run th bar and keeping the place tidy. People ordered drinks and snacks however we did not see empties being collected and the place was quite messy

Booked a luxury room and it exceeded my expectations. Bed was huge, lovely views from the balcony’s out onto the street, bathroom was fantastic. Staff were very helpful. The location of this hotel is perfect for the m4 line direct from Linate airport. The line is literally across the road. Lots of restaurant and bar choices in the area. Perfect location for our first trip to Milan.
