Bright and very central one bedroom apartment in the heart of Brera, ideal for 4 people. This sunny apartment with a balcony overlooking the streets of Brera - the artists' district and old historic center of Milan - is located on the third floor (with lift) of a period building and it is composed of an entrance hall, living room with sofa bed and table, separate kitchen, bedroom with double bed and bathroom. The apartment is equipped with wifi, air conditioning, dishwasher and washing machine.



Fresh white with chic patterns, this scandi-style apartment can accomodate up to four guests in comfort. The place is spacious, airy, with one bedroom, a living room, a kitchenette, a bathroom and a balcony.



Practical furniture and sedate charm recall the Nordic style, while the balcony and plentiful wardrobe represent a touch of the Italian living.



Very well equipped with a smart layout, a sofa bed and a dining corner in the living room, two cable TVs and two ACs, one in the living room and the other in the bedroom.

Great location but apartment in need of maintenance

Good: The property was in a great location and a good size. Air conditioning worked well. Bed was comfortable and clean. Bad: Half of the light bulbs were burned out in the apartment, including most of the bathroom which made it hard to get ready in the morning. When I sent a message to the property manager, I received no response. The door lock had confusing instructions. Lots of dust on the floors.
