Great location, not a great apartment

The location was excellent and property manager was lovely. No reliable WIFI - it is in the other apartment they own so we were not able to watch TV or reliably use internet. Toaster broken. Difficult locking mechanism - my daughter was briefly locked in. No lamp as in photo so the only lighting in main room was very bright. It was hot for October, no air conditioning.
