Three delightful nights

A small, very comfortable hotel in the heart of Brera area. Service was excellent - front desk, breakfast staff were all friendly and helpful. Condition of room and bath very fine. Easy to walk to or tram/metro to key sights.

Great location, fantastic staff, excellent breakfasts, tiny rooms and shower, bathroom with poor lighting, comfy bed/pillows, lovely aesthetic decor, noisy tram 24x7. Great gelato across the street, and lovely neighborhood.

Every person we interacted with was so wonderful! From the front desk who went above and beyond to the people working the free breakfast. My children loved it and were doted on by the staff. I did take off a star because I felt that the room cleaning wasn’t very thorough (there were old chips scattered on the floor under the pull out couch and the shampoo and body wash containers were empty) and because the shower didn’t drain properly and one of the towel warmers didn’t work (wouldn’t have been an issue but I was using it to dry clothes). If I had told the staff I’m sure they would have been on it and I would definitely stay again. Very close to the castle and easy walk to the many sights and restaurants.

Best location for your first trip to Milan. Walking distance to the Duomo, the Galleria, restaurants etc! It was the perfect spot and will definitely stay here next time we visit. The hotel and rooms are exceptionally clean. The breakfast was delicious and the staff were all very friendly. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Comfortable hotel, close to the metro and trams, walkable distance from all the sights, bars and restaurants just around the corner. A bit noisy, but no noisier than you would expect from a city centre stay. Staff could not have been more kind and helpful. This was a really nice place to stay and I would absolutely stay here again.
