Most inconvenient hotel in Milan. Do not stay here unless you have your own car. Impossible to walk from terminal and taxi from airport is 50 Euros (five minutes’ drive). Their shuttle is 10 Euros and only runs 1-2 times per hour. You have to book in advance or it might not show up. The staff are supremely unhelpful and lie to your face. My door lock was broken and they told me the hotel was full so they couldn’t give me a different room. Of course as soon as I insisted, it was no problem to find a room. I arrived early and asked if it was possible to shower. Immediately told no. When I asked if there was a gym shower, it was no problem to shower there. When I waited an hour in vain for the shuttle and tried to call 10 times, I was later told it must have been because I was in the wrong place (I was not). When I tried to take the shuttle to the airport, I was told it was full. I went outside and asked the driver, and it was not full.

Disappointing

Upon first arrival it appeared to be very modern and stylish. Room and lighting controls were difficult to navigate. There was a fire (false) alarm and we had to evacuate. There were spiders/web in a corner of the ceiling and the rooms air conditioning was not cooling the room. There was also only one pillow per bed that was not comfortable, very flat. The property was conveniently located to the airport.
