Villa in Saronno with Private Garden

The villa welcomes you to Saronno with a comfortable 110 m² space for up to 6 guests.



There are two booking options:



Option A – for 1 to 4 guests, with access to 2 bedrooms (one double, one with a French bed), 2 bathrooms, spacious living room, and eat-in kitchen.



Option B – for 5 to 6 guests, with access to 3 bedrooms (double, French bed, and bunk bed), 2 bathrooms, spacious living room, and eat-in kitchen.



The villa features an entrance with a large living room, a big sofa, and a 55-inch plasma TV. Please note that the fireplace in the living room cannot be used for safety reasons.



On the same floor, you’ll find a bathroom with a large shower and a fully equipped eat-in kitchen (dishes, pots, coffee machine, wine glasses, oven, fridge) with direct access to a private garden.



Upstairs are the bedrooms and a bathroom with a bathtub.



You can use several free, unattended parking spaces outside the property, including one for disabled guests.



Video surveillance is active outside the villa, at the entrance door and the rear garden access.



The villa is just a 5-minute walk from Saronno station, offering convenient connections to Malpensa Airport, Milan Central Station, Cadorna, city center, and Como—all reachable by train in about 20 minutes.



Saronno’s center offers a pedestrian shopping area and many restaurants and bars within walking distance.



Local regulations allow heating from October 15 to April 15, up to 14 hours a day (5 a.m. to 11 p.m.), with a maximum temperature of 19°C plus a 2°C tolerance.



The nearest shopping mall is about 9 km away.

This villa offers its guests barbecue grills and a garden. The front desk is open around the clock.
