The upper floors are accessed via an internal staircase passing through the garage or through an external one that also leads to the house's private garden.
On the first floor there is the entrance that leads to the living area, consisting of a large and bright living room divided into a dining area and a relaxation area, ideal for conversations and moments of conviviality. The kitchen, also located on the same level, is fully equipped with a fridge, freezer, oven and dishwasher, ensuring functionality and convenience. The living area is completed by a small service bathroom, equipped with a sink and toilet, which ensures comfort and privacy.
