Unsafe and invasion of privacy.

I was left petrified as a member of staff let themselves into my room at 1AM in the morning when I was sleeping alone. As a lone female, being woken up to a man in your room is one of the scariest things that can happen when you are travelling. He left only after I yelled at him three times. After which I received a phone call from the reception telling me that it was my fault since I did not answer the door when he knocked and they could hear a problem with the toilet flush that they needed to fix (at 1AM?!). Of course I didn’t hear a knock, it was 1AM and I was fast asleep. It’s disgusting and it’s unsafe. I’ve requested a refund but was told because they gave me late checkout (which is the least they could do since I could not sleep after that and had to call a friend to come stay with me) and spa access I had no interest in, that was all the compensation I deserved. I wish I had called the police so they would realise the gravity of the situation. They did not apologise to me, they apologised to my friend that had to sit with me all night. To top it off there were ants in the room and the walls are paper thin. You might enjoy listening to an arguing/crying couple all night, but I prefer my sleep. Awful hotel, totally unsafe.

Great staff and service. We arrived a bit earlier, and I asked for an early check-in. The staff did everything to accommodate us. They offered us coffee and beverages while we were waiting for our room. The room was clean with a great view. They also sent us a cute little welcoming gift since my daughter and I were celebrating our time together. The staff helped us with restaurant reservations as well. The area is very safe and within walking distance to the Duomo. Highly recommend.

A Corso Buenos Aires Gem

The hotel was well located on a busy commercial street that feels very safe. The metro station is at the corner as is the streetcar. There a plenty of restaurants of all types especially along the side streets. The hotel lobby is very impressive , the staff very friendly and the property has busy all day restaurants. Also included is a nice gym & spa. I was upgraded to a larger king on a lower floor away from the main street and it was very comfortable

Our check in was delayed to a previous late check out. They put us in a room,while we for our original room to be ready. The only thing that was a negative about it is that my card was charged the day prior, yet my room wasnt ready upon arrival. Overall the stay was magnificent! I would def return to this hotel when staying in Milan. It gives luxury n was not overly priced. staff was amazing as well

The room was completely different from the photos. The light was flickering, and even after I notified the front desk, they never resolved it. When I requested water, I was told it’s only available on the first day. There was no iron or ironing board provided, and they didn’t leave any extra toilet paper, so we ended up without it one morning. Housekeeping only comes in the early morning, and I was told at 10:30 that we needed to leave soon or it would be too late. Additionally, the phone to reach the concierge didn’t work and it was super noisy.
