Enjoy a large open plan living/kitchen and dining area with a comfy couch to relax along with a smart tv.
Gather around the island bench in the well appointed kitchen with electric cooking, air fryer and dishwasher over looking the green luscious front yard.
Enter through the barn doors to three spacious and comfortable bedrooms.

PLEASE NOTE: Electric wood look heater in lounge room plus oil heaters to bedrooms, evaporative air conditioning ducts to bedrooms.

Separate laundry with washing machine (no dryer).
Step outside into the fenced yard, where you will find the outdoor area that you can also use as a double carport. BBQ provided.

Please note that pets must be house trained and are not permitted on furniture. Our accommodation is meticulously cleaned and sanitized between stays to ensure maximum hygiene. SOME HOLES to fencing to the front of property that a smaller sized dog would be able to escape from.
3.We value the comfort and tranquility of our guests and the surrounding community. Therefore, we have a strict no-party policy and observe quiet time between 10pm and 7am. Any breach of our noise policy will result in immediate eviction without a refund of the remaining stay or deposit.
4. Strictly no smoking, vaping, or E-cigarette inside the property. Any trace of smell will result in additional cleaning fees being applied.
