Made an overnight stop on a long trip. Welcoming friendly staff and a warm clean room. I did not have the time to avail myself of the dining room or other facilities but would consider it a a base for a longer stay in the region.

Disappointed with the Resort. Photos on website don’t reflect the state of the facility. Very run down and needs a refurbishment. Issues with TV in our room, noisy, musty smell in room and stains on bedding. Cleaning staff very friendly. We won’t be back.

Very run down

Very run down and old. Photos do not look like current condition. Water feature / swamp in centre of hotel was odd and gardens were overgrown. Sort of felt like a zombie movie. Rooms have had some upgrades over time but bed was not comfortable at all. Not convenient to the river or restaurants at all either.

Great rooms and comfy beds.

The rooms are a good size, beds are comfy and Parking is quite easy compared to other places I have stayed in town. Everything is clean and tidy also. I’ll stay here again when I’m in town.

The room was clean, comfortable and spacious, included ironing board and iron, coat hangers, hair dryer, crockery and cutlery, microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge... there were a couple of things broken (non-essential to me) - security bolt and shower shelf. There were dishwashing chemicals, but only sink was the bathroom sink. Room was tidied and stocked daily. Overall, a pleasant stay.
