Located adjacent to the Circle H Farmhouse, this charming cottage provides a quiet retreat where guests can relax and enjoy the natural beauty of Eastern Montana. Start your mornings with a cup of coffee on the private front porch and end your evenings watching the sunset from the comfortable rocking chairs. Guests can also enjoy outdoor cooking on the propane grill located just outside the front door.

Inside, the cottage is thoughtfully furnished with everything needed for a comfortable short- or long-term stay. Guests enjoy exclusive access to the cottage, with convenient parking located immediately adjacent to the property.

This cottage is new construction and was completed in March 2026. Recent property improvements include extensive landscaping with zoned underground sprinklers, newly established lawns, and the addition of numerous trees and shrubs throughout the acreage.

To ensure the comfort and well-being of all guests, smoking, vaping, and the use of any other substances are strictly prohibited inside the property. Due to allergy and environmental sensitivity concerns, pets and animals of any kind are not permitted.
