The apartment is fully furnished with comfortable accommodations, a flat-screen television, a fully equipped kitchen, cookware, dishes, linens, and all of the essentials needed for both short- and long-term stays. An attached insulated garage provides additional storage and secure parking, along with one dedicated off-street parking space. Guests are also welcome to enjoy the shared grassy backyard and may use either of the two coin-operated laundry facilities located on the property.

If you are traveling with a larger group, we also offer several additional furnished rental properties within a one- to three-block radius, and we would be happy to help accommodate your group.
