Luxury 2 bedroom Apt. Near DE Turf & Beaches!

This brand new 2 bedroom apartment is right in the heart of downtown Milford, walking distance from local boutiques, night life & restaurants. Our apartment is dog & family friendly! We are located 20 minutes from beaches and shopping & about 10 minutes from the DE turf complex! We own a local restaurant & distillery (EasySpeak) and I restaurant called Fondue. where you'll receive 20% off at during your stay!

WE ARE PET FRIENDLY READ RULES IN "THE SPACE SECTION" BEFORE BOOKING

This space is above a restaurant.. The restaurant operates Thursday - Saturday form 4pm until 11pm.

If bringing any pets. You must message us names and breeds. There is a $75 pet fee per animal. No exception. Pets must be leashed at all times, must clean up after pet, pets must be created if left alone in unit, you will be responsible for any damages caused by pets.

We live about 10 minutes away so we can be around if needed but try to give guest their space :)

We do not own the parking lot where you’ll park, it is public parking! Make sure to not leave any valuables in your vehicle & keep it locked! We are not responsible for any incidents!

NO SMOKING. Any smoking done in the units will result in an automatic $500 fee.
