Staff was v nice but there was no hot water the first night and I had to s ask twice for a waste paper basket. The black out curtains didn’t close all the way, and even though I put Do Not Disturb on the door every morning at 8:30 am someone knocked on my door asking if I wanted housekeeping. Rundoen . Def not worth 150 bucks a night!!!

Staff was good and helpful that's the only good thing about this hotel they immediately changed my room as I reported some bug & odor coming from the room. Breakfast was also good and as per normal standard. Bathroom was clean. Some bad odor was coming from the room and the floor of the room was not at all cleaned, no in room Microwave/refrigerator or coffee maker.

The check in process was chaotic, reservation couldn't be found, had to email the confirmation to the desk clerk. she appeared overwhelmed and was absent from the desk for several minutes, twice during check in. The room smelled

This is a former Best Western that’s now under new management. The common spaces are mostly redone, but the rooms need a THOROUGH cleaning and revamping before they should be letting people stay in them. Our room was clean to the best of their ability, but still had graffiti on the bathroom wall, torn carpet, old stains on the coverlet, tape on the mirror where the frame broke, AND it smelled - it was a bit of a disaster. At least we only needed one night!

When I went to check in the woman at the table near where check in used to be told me they didn't have any rooms. When I told her I booked my room 6 months earlier and showed her my Expedia travel confirmation email. She just kept saying no rooms. She wouldn't call her manager for help. And she wouldn't help in anyway. The hotel looked as if it was closing down or maybe under new owners. I've had hotels change owners before and they always honored the bookings. I also had my 16th year old niece and my 60 year old dad with me. When I told the woman this and asked what should I do sleep in the car with them? The woman pretty much said yes.
