It was an Aok hotel. The hotel is quite old looking.I felt like the online pictures were a little deceptive especially with the really dull looking cluttered reception area and lobby. The rooms were surprisingly very clean though.

Room was clean one of the shampoo bottles fell off the wall before I was there other than that the room was spotless only downfall I had was I went there for some peace and quiet and the walls are very thin so I had to listen to kids screaming all night

The place was extremely dirty, but I was exhausted complaining the next day and the guy said that we slept in a room that was out of service. I couldn’t believe it, but he still didn’t seem to care the next day that I was forced to stay there because I had no choice. It was an emergency. The guy at the front desk was rude. They put me in a new room, but the room had no soap. It smelled better, but overall the place looks nothing like the pictures and our complementary breakfast. That was a joke. They lost their license to serve food. I contacted guest services at the semester and never heard back twice.

They advertise free continental breakfast and nothing was offered. Not even coffee. The room was clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable and the staff was very friendly and welcoming.

Bed was good, didn't have breakfast and didn't have any choices for paid breakfast. Would've been nice to know before booking the room. Also room had ladybugs allnover the room and windows. Better than roaches, but still a problem. T.v s very small. Hotel Definitely needs a makeover. Wouldn't stay here again on my next visit.

Check in was quick and simple. The room was it cleaned properly, and there was a used jar of salsa left in the little fridge. The room was pleasant and the round couch was very convenient for movie watching. However, at 9am after we had stayed for the night, a member of housekeeping walked right into our room, without knocking. We checked out quickly after that, annoyed and feeling invaded.

Door lock was frustrating, TV didn’t work. Room overall was fine. The hallways had a slight musty and smoky smell. Overall felt a bit tired.

The first room, 200, was by the stairwell. The door to the stairwell was very loud and shook our door every time it opened and closed. There were a lot of families with kids, I believe it was a couple hockey teams, so the kids kept using the stairwell. No fault of the kids or families, but I notified the front desk about the noise. I had asked to move rooms since the door was so loud and obnoxious. The front desk clerk had asked me if I laid in the bed, so I did let her know I sat on it. We only had the room for less than 30min. She told me she couldn’t switch rooms. I argued that it was a hotel issue that needs to be fixed and demanded to get another room or I will deny the charges. Out of obvious reluctance, she gave us another room. Just so happens our neighbors were super loud kids up until 10:30pm, but at least they were quiet through the night. The bed and amenities in the room were good and comfortable. Service needs some work and they really need to fix all the stairwell doors.
