No reception at agreed arrival, no watering can, no garden hose, not completely clean, old smell of smoke still present, gate broken (refuses to open), no duvets for 90x200, no communication in English, TV malfunction with decoder, no hot water for two days: boiler broken, confusion about the tourist tax
