There is a large living area with a wood-burning stone fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen and unique dining space. The master bedroom located on this floor has a king-sized bed and an adjoining bathroom. This floor has an additional bedroom with a queen bed and another bathroom.
The downstairs of this chalet boasts a large living area with a wood-burning fireplace and a pool table, two additional bedrooms, each with two single beds, and a bathroom.
Deer 30 also features a 3-season veranda with patio and lounge furniture and a large balcony with a private hot tub. A BBQ is available for guest use all year round. In the backyard, there is also a firepit with Adirondack chairs and a picnic table.
Other amenities include a washer and dryer, satellite TV, Wi-Fi and an electric vehicle charging station.
