This charming stone house offers from its terraces a plunging perspective and an exceptional view over the secluded bay of Duboka, located 3 km from the picturesque small village of Milna in the south-east of Brac.
The house is surrounded by terraces and 1000sqm of a carefully tended Mediterranean garden, covered with olive trees and aromatic plants. Paths handcrafted from local stone lead to an outdoor barbecue and garden benches and tables ideal for enjoying a coffee or a beer. Resting among pines and olives, overlooking Duboka Bay and nearby islands Hvar and Vis, expect sunrises, sunsets and moonscapes that will take your breath away. It's perfect for a romantic honeymoon, a family vacation or a vacation with close friends.
Stairs lead from the garden gate to Duboka Bay and the sea is two minutes away, accessed via a landscaped terrace. There is also a possibility for boat mooring.
Casual seaside charm and outdoor lifestyle are captured in this traditional Dalmatian getaway. This is a house with a big heart, gardens and terraces surrounding the house, so you have shade and sun throughout the day.
