The complex of the four new fully- equipped traditional guest houses, that respects cycladic architecture, stands on the hill just above Mandrakia, a fishing village with the characteristic colourful "Syrmata" - small boat houses on the sea water, where fishing boats used to be kept during winter in past decades.

The site is very quiet but it is at 10min. walking distance from the nearest village with traditional tavernas that serve delicious meals,supermarkets,a chemist's,the baker's,petrol stations,banks and clothes shops.The Medical Centre of the island is a 5 minute drive from the house.

"The Olive Tree" is part of this new complex of traditional terraced houses with sea view .

The guest house has a fully equipped kitchen with an electric cooker and oven,a fridge,a microwave oven,a coffeemaker,a toaster ,a hairdryer,a 32" TV and a iron.
Guests can also use the outdoor barbecue and wood stove if the weather allows it.
The house is taken care of regularly while freshly washed sheets and towels are available every three days.It can host 4-6 people(one queen size bed, one sofa convertible to a double bed ,a built sofa).Extra beds for adults or children can be added upon request as both the bedroom and the sitting room are very spacious.
The place is really quiet.This makes it an exceptional option for couples and families as the 180' view of the sea and the surrounding islands from the veranda is stunning.

The owners of the guest house are very hospitable and always ready to offer help.
Its location just 3 km away from the port and 6 km from the airport and its vicinity to the villages of P.Triovasalos and Mandrakia make it the perfect choice for unforgettable holidays.

Wonderful Milos property

You could not find finer accommodation on Milos. Inspiring view, very high quality interior, perfect exterior space, and perfect location for Mandrakia and all the coastal spots.

Nice little villa with a great view. Close to town and the port of Milos. Daily housekeeping was a pleasant surprise. There were 5 of us in our group, I would suggest limiting your group to 4. But all in all our host was very accommodating. We had a great but short 3 day visit.

Dichtbij maar toch privé

Heerlijk huis en fijne plek om te zijn. Met een auto rij zo overal naar toe. Het huis is zeer aangenaam. Klein maar fijn. Met zorg ingericht en goed onderhouden. We hebben het heerlijk gehad.
