Once again, I’m totally amazed on how this hotel can go above and beyond on the service I’ve been given while staying here every weekend for the past 3 months. Front desk manager Renee is such a kind and personable individual that truly knows how to treat guest. You can definitely tell she passes her skills on to her staff, because they definitely shine. I have to add on how disappointed I was to pack up and leave on Sunday. Feel like I could live at this hotel for a long time. Room was incredible and the cleanest place I’ve ever stayed at. Housekeeping staff does a great job. Leave them a little something for their services, they work hard and deserve it. Shout out to Rafa (maintenance staff) for his quick response to the key card reader issue. He has great skills that are definitely worth giving him a big thank you. As always, Buu, Darius and the kitchen staff know how to make amazing culinary dishes Don’t hesitate to get the Manzanita burger. You can taste the quality of the beef and vegetables they use, and the bacon jam is next level. I have no need to stay at any other location but here, and after you’ve stayed once, I’m sure you’ll agree and return. See you soon!!!!!

The staff were not very courteous. Also I was sleeping and the fire alarm sounded and nobody took the time to inform us it was false alarm. So I had to dress up and go check what was going on

Yes....I'm a regular here, but that's because the staff at this hotel go "Above and Beyond". This place makes you feel like family. Parking lot, hotel property and rooms always clean and welcoming. Maintenance staff are fantastic. . Huge thank you to Asst. Mgr. Cassandra for doing what you do. This doesn't go unnoticed. Third time staying in this hotel. It’s a convenient location if you’re planning to commute from the airport to downtown as it’s in close proximity to both locations. Rooms are great, bed is comfortable, great water pressure and temperature control. I have been upgraded to a Jr Suite every time which is very spacious. I haven’t tried their breakfast yet. Parking is around $20 nightly. Easy check in / check out process. So far, planning to stay here again each time.

Spacious room. Room conditions and hotel conditions are not price worthy. Staff for breakfast was not sufficient. Not a single table available. All tables have dirty dishes. Not cleaned in timely manner.

Front desk staff are amazing. They helped a small concern with my room which was quickly taken care of by the housekeeping staff. Big shout to these ladies who were very nice and made things better.
