Comfortable 3 bedroom home located in a quiet neighborhood. Rented home for 5 nights, attended family wedding & reunion at Coldwater Gardens. Blackwater State Park, beaches, stores, restaurants, coffee/bakery shop, gas stations etc nearby. Owner very attentive to messages, responds quickly. Listing says sleeps 8 but the living room couch was not a sleeper sofa. Little patio & fenced in grassy yard. Pet friendly, large equipped kitchen, spices, coffee, big screen tv, washer/dryer, laundry detergent, iron & countertop board, books & games available. Definitely recommend this rental!

Great stay!

I have nothing but good things to say about this property and our stay. Very communicative hosts and the property was just as described. Was in very close proximity to family as well which made it super easy. Will be staying again when we're back in town!!

One night turns into 5

We were supposed to only stay for one night for a return trip home. We changed our minds and wanted to stay an additional 4 days. Nicholas was more than accommodating. We would like to stay again if it's available for next year!

Very Nice!

The pictures do not do justice! The house is MUCH larger than is depicted. It was very clean and well stocked. We slept like babies on the king bed. We can't wait for our return trip!

The house was nice and spacious. Coffee and breakfast items supplied were helpful. Only thing I didn’t like was that their weren’t enough towels provided and that the laundry code wasn’t provided with check in and getting it was a long wait for response

We had a great visit and the property was clean and beds were comfortable. The house is conveniently located. The dining table only accommodated 4 people and we had 5. I did see chairs in the garage but wasn't sure I should use them. The backyard is truly a mess and we were warned. I have limited mobility and it was near impossible for me to step back up onto the patio from the yard as there is a huge drop off. Not ideal for younger kids. The grass really needed mowing front and back. The description said there was a hot tub but it is a soaking tub in the master bedroom. No jetted hot tub. The price wasn't exorbitant so all in all we were happy. Really wanted a hot tub!
