Space & Sleeping Arrangements
Designed for group connection and privacy, this property includes 5 distinct sleeping spaces across two houses. Everyone gets their own bed, and four of the rooms are fully private with queen or king beds (no dorm-style bunks here!).
Front House (3 bedrooms + sleeper sofa):
• Bedroom 1 (Upstairs): Queen bed
• Bedroom 2 (Upstairs): Queen bed
• Bedroom 3: Daybed with Queen pull-out
• Living Room: Full-size sleeper sofa
Back House (2 sleeping areas):
• Bedroom 4: Queen bed
• Upstairs loft: King bed (semi-private), Full bed + Twin bed on opposite side of the room (open layout, no door)
Please note: Back house stairs are steep, not ideal for guests with mobility challenges.
