This is a top of the line one bedroom 1000+ sq foot condo in the heart of the Artistic and Posh Third Ward. There are only 31 units in the Atelier building. The space is immaculate and decorated with high end furnishings. This place is perfect for solo business executive in town for a short few weeks (or months) or up to a family of 4 to 6 that wants to experience all of what downtown offers
This is one of the newest luxury apartment complexes in downtown Milwaukee that has 100% occupancy. You are in the heart of the business and restaurant districts. Free parking comes with the unit. It is located behind the building directly East. This space can sleep up to6 but we set up the condo for the number of guests that you list for the linens, sheets, and cots added to match that number, so please be accurate in numbers. Parties are not allowed in this unit. It is a condo community and there are other people living in the condo building. Quiet time is 11pm.
You will have access to the lobby area and community patio. There is an Orange Theory Fitness and a Yoga company going in on the first floor. We are working in short term passes both daily and weekly but currently you will need to contact them yourself for a trial pass we do not have one.
Access will be codes and we will give codes around 2 to 3pm the day of your stay. For $75 fee we can do an earlier check in at 1pm since we will have to schedule the cleaning crew specifically to have this condo done by 1pm. They are contracted to be done by 3pm as they work cleaning several units a day.
We are available by text and call and occasionally can be available to stop by if needed.
There is no smoking on the common patio or in the building. You must smoke on the sidewalk.

The Third Ward, known as Milwaukee’s Arts and Fashion District, offers the City’s largest array of restaurants, spas, theatres, galleries, loft offices, and unique boutiques all in a historic warehouse setting. The Third Ward is ideally located steps from Lake Michigan, the Central Business District, and the Milwaukee River Walk. In a Short walk: The Milwaukee Public Market, the Summerfest Grounds, West Elm, Anthropologie, and numerous award winning restaurants.
There are a ton of options from Uber to Lyft, Bubbler bikes, The new Street Car has a pick up spot a block away next to the Public Market. Cabs are also near by at the Journeyman Hotel.
Check in is 4pm andcheck out time is 11am. The parking pass must be returned at 11am.
the parking pass will be on the counter. you will need it before you park. Please follow are parking signs in the area before going up to get it.
Twin xl rollaways cots are only provided for guests 5 and 6. If your arrangement of 3 or 4 requires them you must specify when booking.
After entering the code to get past the gate. An buzzer will sound. Open the gate and then the door after it to get in. You will have 15 seconds.
The red button/grey box by the gate opens the gate to leave.
