Check in was beyond disappointing from a long road trip to find out from an employee wearing a dirty white t shirt he just works there doesn’t know the amenities of an in room crib being available after multiple calls to people they found the pack n play. Then wanted to charge us WOW disgraceful

Flicked a roach off the door Fran when I entered the room. Trash was in the trash can from previous guest. Gross excrement stain on bedding. This place is just gross. I would not stay here again. With all the gross things I saw I do not trust that they change bedding and wash it properly.

The first room we had was quite noisy being on the roadway. Also, the rooms kind of smelled like a masking odor agent was used and just not nice looking room, creepy actually. Told the clerk we just didn’t feel like we could sleep there and left Bill arrived by email the following day. Would definitely not stay there again and would pay more for a better room.

Breakfast wasn’t as good as our last stay. Juices weren’t mixed properly: apple was watery and orange was possibly fermented? Hard boiled eggs were browned and frozen in the cooler. Desk chair was literally shredded!
