Beautiful huge 2 story Bayview Loft with skylights - best location in Milwaukee right next to South Shore Park includes wet bar and two living spaces with huge master suite. Vintage antique styling meets modern amenities with Memory-Foam mattresses, toilets with heated seats and bidets, Reverse Osmosis drinking water system, Nespresso coffee maker, natural gas fireplace.

This unit occupies two levels of a spacious home built in 1907 with gorgeous hardwood floors and high ceilings. The lower level has a living room with adjoining study area, dining room, 3 bedrooms, kitchen, and full bathroom. The upper level is fully furnished and features skylights, wet bar, natural gas fireplace, and a master suite with full bathroom. Laundry is in the basement.

You have access to the whole apartment.

Great spot near Lake Michigan

Had a great stay with friends at the end of February 2025. Location was great and close to the lake. It is bright and cheery and plenty of room. Beds are comfy and the space was clean! Highly recommend!

Location is amazing and easily walking distance to numerous restaurants, bars and the lakefront. Beautiful flowers and plants throughout the property and absolutely loved the dual upstairs and downstairs living areas. Easily accommodated 4 couples for the entire weekend.

Great December visit

We enjoyed our visit during a wedding trip and would recommend this property to others looking for a well equipped 2 floor space with room to relax. Highlights were cozy den with eclectic decorations and plants, well provisioned kitchen, upstairs loft with fireplace and wet bar, and more. Plenty of heat and hot water. 1st time in Milwaukee

Plenty of room for 3 couples. Loft is a really cool space. Upstairs bath is small but plenty of hot water and good pressure. The neighborhood is awesome. We walked to dinner and bars each night. So close to the lake! We had a cool spring weekend but it was still amazing. We would stay again if we travel back to the area.

Perfect for Christmas

For a mixed ages group of grandparents to grandchildren, the multiple spaces were wonderful. Christmas trees on both levels, plus loads of plants, skylights, and an extra fridge on the top floor let us continue the party no matter where we were. Hanging out with Rudolph wasn't too bad either.

Great base camp for a Packers Game

At the last minute we decided to see a Packers game in Green Bay, but there we no reasonable accommodations anywhere close. We decided to stay near the airport instead and it was a smart move. The house was very comfortable, well stocked, and easy to find. It's close to good food and local coffee shops. The communication with the host was great. One of our party arrived first and had issues with the door code, but that problem was solved immediately. If we come back for another game we'll definitely return.

Great Location!

Amazing spot in a very safe neighborhood! One thing to know is that the unit is shared with a downstairs neighbor. The back staircase is shared and we needed to make sure that the door access to that staircase stayed locked (that staircase is how you access the laundry in the basement). We did have infants and young children staying here and quickly realized the charm of an old house also leant to creaky wooden floors :) just a heads up for other young families!

Great property, highly recommend!

We travel to Milwaukee regularly and tend to stay in or close to downtown. We decided to give Bayview neighborhood and so glad we did! Communication with management both before and during the visit was seamless. The house was clean and very charming for an older property. The house had everything we needed and was extremely comfortable. We had several meals and visited several bars in walking distance which had a local feel. This neighborhood has everything you need, especially if you like to avoid touristy bars/restaurants. And the best part was the two minute walk to a lake walking trail with views of the skyline. We will be back for sure!

Great space

Luckily the outside doesn’t match the inside. The porch and balcony are in rough shape. Made me nervous about what we booked. However, the inside was lovely. 3 bedrooms on the main level, coffee in the kitchen, nice appliances, washer and dryer in the basement. Lots of games off the living room. Bedside fans supplied in each bedroom. All the windows open and provide a nice lake breeze. Very squeaky original hardwood on the main level, laminate upstairs. 1/2 block walk to the lake with a great park and beer garden. Overall a great place. Easy communication with the owners for a minor issue with the door code that was immediately resolved.
