The unit includes 2 bedrooms—1 with a king bed and 1 with queen beds—and a loft with queen bunk beds for 4 additional guests, plus a queen sleeper sofa. On the top floor, it offers access to a 1-car garage with an extra space in front and ample street parking.

Enjoy full, private access to the unit, patio, and garage, with shared yard, driveway, and hallways. Note that host communication may be limited between 11:00pm and 7:00am.

Brewer’s Hill, known for its charming turn-of-the-century homes and historic brewery roots, offers a peaceful retreat while being a stroll away from restaurants, the Riverfront, and downtown attractions. Whether you’re here for Summerfest, Bastille Days, or a Bucks game, you’ll find plenty to do.

- For your peace of mind, we’ve got you covered with Safely’s damage insurance! For just $10 per night, you’ll receive extra protection throughout your stay, ensuring a worry-free experience for both you and the property.
- Due to the building’s layout, sound tends to travel between floors, which can be disruptive to other guests. To ensure a peaceful experience for everyone, we are unable to accommodate children under 8. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation!
- No Milwaukee Residents Allowed
- Sound: This unit is in a multi-unit building. Despite being newly constructed, the soundproofing isn't perfect, so you might hear some noise from other guests. We ask that shoes be removed before entering and that loud music or late-night parties are avoided to respect everyone’s peace.
- Booking Requirements: To finalize your reservation, all guests must sign a rental agreement. For rentals longer than 30 days, a residential lease is required.
- No smoking inside the house.
- Pets are welcome but should not be left unattended.
- Events or outside guests must be approved by the host in advance, and additional charges may apply.
- Please turn off lights, fans, and other appliances when not in use and before you leave.
- Please inform the host immediately if the property is damaged or requires special cleaning.
