take this hotel off your list of stays available

I had reserved a ing upgrade with a balcony. got there and the lady checked us in. went up to room and it was RIGHT AGAINST THE EL;EVATOR WALL! this is an upgrade! went down the awful person said, "Well, that is the room you asked for, (three times) and I said where on the hotel.com site does it ask me to request a room up against the elevator? then said, well , you are very rude! she was rude and snippy, I told her just to do her job and get us a new room, well then she put us a mile away from the elevator, so we had to walk and carry luggage. this hotel was v ertually empty on a tues nite in oak creek, wi. then she put someone right next to us that played music so loud the wall vibrated, an empty hotel, right! and the hair dryer didn't work, and the bed was old and lumpy, the hotel should be knocked down, HORRIBLE

Very recently updated rooms - spacious & comfortable. Great pool - indoor rec area... swim pool, hot/whirlpool, & a 6inch splash pool...Super fun for whole family! Breakfast is fine but not hearty.

1. This hotel is fantastic! The staff is incredibly friendly, and the breakfast is outstanding. I had a reservation for a 3:00 PM check-in, but when I inquired about an early check-in, the front desk lady was more than happy to accommodate me. It's a clean and welcoming place, and everyone is so nice. This will definitely be my go-to hotel in Milwaukee!

The rooms are spacious! Loved the pool area! I liked that it didn’t give the typical hotel vibe to it. It’s in a quiet non busy area close to airport which was very convenient. Will stay again when we’re back for a Greenbay game!
