Was a bit scared after seeing prior reviews, but our stay went just fine. Room was well-cleaned and both staff members we spoke to were helpful. Left too early to try the 6 sm breakfast area, but everything else was to our liking.

The room was very dirty. Stains on the carpet, walls, chair and window. Everything just seemed really run down in the rooms and hallways. Staff was very kind but it needs major TLC.

The rooms and hotel were nice in general. Our only issue during our stay was really the amenities. The pool was about the size of a large hot tub and was FREEZING. There was no hot tub or anything and the exercise room consisted of some dumbbells and a couple treadmills. Overall decent, but gravely disappointed by the amenities.

The staff was very attentive. We had an issue with our sink which was immediately fixed. The breakfast was as expected with enough options for us. It seems the hotel was doing some updates as the bar area was not open. The lobby area was large with space to gather. Our room was clean and comfortable and we enjoyed the balcony.

The property appears to be under new management, and we had a great experience during our stay. The front desk staff were very friendly and greeted my family right away. They were polite, attentive, and consistently checked in to see if we needed room cleaning or any extra amenities, which made us feel very welcomed. The breakfast was delicious, though there is some room for improvement. The seating area, especially the chairs, could use a deeper cleaning or steam treatment as they appeared a bit dirty. We stayed in a double queen room, which was very spacious, and the bathroom was exceptionally clean. The swimming pool was a bit small, but still enjoyable for the kids. Overall, we enjoyed our stay—it was affordable, comfortable, and conveniently located near the event we attended.

Room was clean but the sheets didn't seem to fit the mattress also, the shower head had a leak, I didn't mention any of this to the staff because I wasn't staying for very long. When I first entered the room, it was musty and it also had a strong order of pets, after opening a window and letting the room vent it got a bit better. The room had a connecting door to the room next door which is perfect for families but a bit scary if you are a woman traveling alone. Regarding the breakfast options, they were not great. The muffins were very small with only 2 choices and they didn't taste great. They offered coffee in a very small cup but at least it tasted good. I didn't have much interaction with the staff because I was in and out of the hotel but the little interaction I had was pleasant, they were nice. It's great for a short stay and you get what you pay for.
