The hotel is very old and outdated. We had a very terrible experience with a family in the pool, to the point that we chose to leave the pool and were afraid for our safety.

Very nice stay

Very nice stay. Bed was super comfy. Room was clean. Hot tub was excellent. Breakfast was good. Had a few different options that you don't see other places. Busy surrounding area so lots of traffic. Front desk people were very helpful.

They were able to book us in after a mishap immediately. The only thing is their pool was FREEZING and the whole trip was planned around a pool for my kids. The onsite dining at Champs was convenient, but food was bland. Staff was very courteous and helpful and the rooms were clean and quiet.

I upgraded my original reservation to a nocer room before the actual arrival and i jad chosen the pay at the property option but the day of check in i started receiving notifications that my bank account had denied a charge from the hotel because i had my card locked. I received a call from their staff a while later to confirm my booking and they also said my payment method failed. I unlocked my card for them to try again and i was changed the original room rate. A few minutes later i get another call asking to confirm my booking i said i already had. My account was then charged the new upgraded room rate. Upon arrival they then charged another $25 for a deposit in case their were any damages which i was refunded after the stay but now im being told they never charged the the 1st charge and have nothing on their end showing they even tried taking that amount. Called again was told the first charge was probably an authorization charge like the 25 was and that it should disappear when the other 25 gets released back to my account but that they didnt know what the authorization charge was even from as they had nothing in their system still. However it still shows its completed and the funds are gone. No answers. Bogus

Bad timing

Pick this hotel to relax in the hot tub would have been nice if the hot tub worked properly and there wasn’t little kids splashing water in our face boyfriend ended up getting pink eye and having to go to the doctor to get antibiotic drops overall love the hotel would stay again

If I could rate my service lower, I would. I came to this location for a relaxing weekend. It was anything but. The people above us were disrespectfully pounding and jumping until they couldn't anymore. They were also up at 6am screaming. Told front desk about it, they still didn't stop.I'm not sure if people actually live there because guests were extremely comfortable bringing in a speaker and drinks to their room. Kids to the room was running up and down the hallway all night with pizza. Later there were Little Caesars pizza boxes sitting outside their door. Which tells me their very comfortable putting their trash outside instead of throwing it away. It sat in the hallway and was still there when checking out.Every time they saw my boyfriend and I, whoever was in their room made it uncomfortable like we were bothering them and would roll their eyes. They were blasting music all night. Nothing was done. They also had their 3 kids by the counter down by the front desk playing with slime SITTING on the desk while no parent is in sight (I knew they belonged to the same group because the kid sitting on the desk rolled her eyes at my boyfriend earlier that evening and he recognized her). It obviously doesn't bother the front desk worker, she treated it like it was a regular Saturday night and this happens all the time. Blasting music at 7am. I want a refund.

Quick check-in, friendly service, cookies and hot coffee at the front desk. Room was clean, plenty of towels, etc., Bed was comfortable and the heat pump in the wall was actually fairly quiet!
