Overall just ok. The bar was a nice area but the beds were not comfortable and they only served breakfast from 630-930 am through the week. They should have the restaurant open for dinner or late night bar snacks available and no complimentary coffee

I’d think twice, and then again.

Shower had cracked grout, moldy sealant and the soap dispenser fell off the wall and on to my toe on night one. The fridge took 48hours to chill a single water bottle. Lobby felt cleans, but elevator corridor smelled like cigarettes. Staff gave me the wrong information about breakfast, causing me to miss the breakfast that I paid for. Currently fighting with the management team just to get the money back for the unused service. Good at the Waterline was good, bartender/ waiter was friendly. Night audit that checked me in acted like he’d rather be anywhere else. Some of the most lackluster hospitality service I’ve ever received. I checked out and left early.

The scent of the hotel is terrible. They use the most awful air fresheners. The beds are comfy, but the rest of the room is dirty and dated including the shower. The AC is loud !
