East Side 1BR w/Parking

Heat/AC
The heat runs at the same time building wide through radiators. There is no thermostat. Please note that in mild temperatures the heat will not run very frequently due to reaching the set temperature. For AC, there is 1 window unit that is installed in the bedroom in late May/early June depending on weather and then taken out around October depending on weather. There is also a ceiling fan in both the bedroom and living room as well as a standing fan.

Parking
We offer free parking in the parking lot next to the building in spot #23
To get to the parking lot, take the alley just to the left of the apartment building. Please note, the alley to get to the lot is quite narrow. Large vans and trucks have fit through it, however, it is a tight fit.
Once you are in the parking lot, find spot 23 and you can park there. You will need to display the parking pass (8X11 sheet) in your front dashboard at all times. Failure to display the parking pass visibly on the dashboard could result in your vehicle being towed. Instructions on where the pass will be will be given with check in information.

Kitchen
We have basic cooking utensils that you are available to use, but we would greatly appreciate if you could clean up before checking out. There’s also coffee and a coffee maker. The water/ice on the fridge does not work. There is a small kitchen table with 2 stools.

Living Room
This living room comes with 1 couch and a TV with Roku. There is a desk with a chair for your working convenience. There are also board games in the TV stand.

Bedroom
There is a soft mattress queen bed with fresh linens, a dresser and ceiling fan in the bedroom. In the bedroom closet, there are hangars for clothing storage. Upon arrival, there will be 2 sets of towels and washcloths laid out for each guest.

Bathroom
This apartment has a full bathroom. The shower includes shampoo, conditioner and body wash.

Laundry
If you need to do laundry, we have a building wide laundry room on the first floor. You will need the front door key to get into the laundry room. To get there, walk down either stairs and the laundry room will be on the first floor in the Southeast part. Instructions for how to pay for the washer and dryer will be there.

Accessibility
The unit is on the 3rd floor of the apartment building. The building only has stairs.
During your stay at this bed & breakfast, you're just a quick walk from Milwaukee School of Engineering.
