Room was clean and comfortable. View was of three cell towers which I was not very impressed with but was staying for business so the view was not that important.

Beautiful property and rooms. However our shower was terrible: very weak water flow and wild temperature swings making a shower nearly impossible. The thermostat controlling the air conditioner was not operating correctly in that the air conditioner stayed on too long to cool then stayed off for hours before turning on again. We reported these issues to staff who promised to have maintenance fix them but nothing happened. This is a very pricey place and we were very disappointed

They would not let me check in for my wife who was sick at home. Expedia wanted to charge me $150 to change her name to mine, so it was cheaper for me not to check in and lose my room and the payment for the room which they said was non-refundable. So my children from college stayed her for New Year’s Eve and I went home for the night.
